Along with daily residential and commercial jobs facilitated through one of our partners, Windmill also manages other projects. Some of these include:
Benryk Mews Housing Co-op Richmond, BC
Ongoing 4-year renovation project. Windmill provides project management services, supply, and installation of all materials. We have completed 40 units so far. The schedule for 2009 includes at least 14 units to conclude the project.
Robert Owen Housing Co-op Richmond, BC
Ongoing renovation project. This year's renovations include 5 units of supply and installation of Congoleum Flor-Ever + vinyl flooring.
Seton Villa Retirement Centre Burnaby, BC
Ongoing renovation project. Windmill manages all flooring renovations in the centre. In 2008, Windmill is managing the bathroom flooring renovation project and ongoing carpet installations.
The Village Toy Shop Newport Village, Port Moody, BC
750 square feet of Lees carpet tiles were supplied and installed. A Tarkett Fiberfloor pod was installed under the train set.
Luxe Hair Salon Port Moody, BC
Project required the installation of 1000 square feet of Tarkett Accent Commercial Wood Grain Linoleum.
Pagnanini Edwards Lam Accounting Office Burnaby, BC
Project included the supply and installation of approximately 1800 square feet of Bigelow Commercial carpet.
Private Residence Vancouver, BC
Project included the supply and installation of 650 square feet of Shaw engineered hardwood. Living, dining, hall, bedrooms and stairs were included in renovation.
Pearl Vision Brentwood Mall, Burnaby, BC
Windmill's installers completed the installation of 3600 square feet of Bentley Prince glue down carpet.
Lenscrafters Coquitlam Centre, Coquitlam, BC
Project included the installation of 3000 square feet of patterned Bentley Prince carpet and the inlay of a laminate foyer.
Renaissance Harbourside Vancouver for McGuire Builders of Los Angeles, California
10,000 square feet of OmniWeave Couristan wool carpet was installed over rubber pad in a double-stick application. It was completed over a 7 day period by three of our most experienced crews.
LaSenza Metropolis Centre, Burnaby, BC
This project involved 800 square feet of glued down Mirage hardwood. Our crew leveled the floor, applied a moisture barrier, and installed the floor within a 7 day period.
Greiner, Bethell & Company Law Office, Burnaby, BC
Project scope included 4500 square feet of remove and replace of glue down carpet over 2 weekends.
Econo-Wise Office Furnishings Vancouver, BC
This project included the installation of 5000 square feet of VCT tile as a patterned walkway with inlaid carpet pods.
